Board Leadership Continues – Board Chair and Vice Chair Reelected

At the July 23, 2026, Board of Directors meeting, the North Kings GSA Board reaffirmed its leadership, reelecting Director Jerry Prieto Jr. as Board Chair and Fresno County Supervisor Brian Pacheco as Vice Chair. The leadership team will continue guiding the agency as it advances groundwater sustainability efforts throughout the coming year in accordance with the GSA Joint Powers Authority bylaws.

Chair Prieto and Vice-Chair Pacheco have served in these roles since the North Kings GSA was formed in 2016, and their leadership has helped the North Kings GSA achieve important milestones such as an approved groundwater sustainability plan (GSP).
