Holiday Support Availability and Response Times
The North Kings GSA support line will be closed on Wednesday, December 25, and Wednesday, January 1, in observance of the Christmas and New Year holidays. Throughout the weeks of Christmas and New Year’s, response times may be slower due to limited staff availability. Well owners may still contact the agency by leaving a voicemail or sending an email. Messages will be monitored and returned as soon as possible.
Limited phone support will be available on Tuesday, December 24, and Tuesday, December 31. Calls received on those days will be answered when possible or returned promptly if a message is left.
As a reminder, well registration remains open during the current grace period. The Board of Directors has extended the deadline to register wells to January 30, 2026. Starting February 1, 2026, a late registration fee of $100 per well will be charged. Landowners are strongly encouraged to complete registration as soon as possible to avoid last-minute delays and potential fees.
Registering wells supports groundwater sustainability planning and helps ensure accurate data for long-term water management across the region.
